    I have purchased several tv's,phones,and one computer at best buy.I have literally asked hundreds of questions
    over the years. not even once have I been slighted or misled. I am extremely pleased with the knowledge and courtesy exhibited by the sales and service personnel.I remain a satisfied customer.

    A couple of days ago, I went with my caregiver to buy a complete computer set. After examining lots of different sets -- it must have taken us an hour or more -- we finally decided on a so called "package" deal. The salesman that had been helping us was with another customer, so a different salesman came over. I was going to spend in the neighborhood of between $7 - 800. We I told the salesman what I wanted, he said there had been a mistake, and that the package I wanted would cost an additional $2 - 300. I naturally became very angry and just walked out.
