His name is Robert Wynn and I have been devastated because I sent him my home videos that I have saved of my children and instead of converting them to dvd he never sent them back. I have contacted the police in Hyde Park and will continue to pursue it but for your own sake don't trust him.
I spoke with someone else that had the same problem. I don't know why he would keep the videos. At this point I don't care if he keeps the money I paid him I just want the many home videos that are priceless to me.
If I don't get them within the next two weeks I plan on flying out there and picking them up myself with the police. The station there said they would assist me in picking them up and pursuing criminal charges.

Great Service: I had several old VHS recordings converted to DVD. The Quality of work and the timely manner in which it was completed surpassed my expectations. The professionalism of Phazeone Productions was excellent. I would highly reccomend this company to anyone in need of any A/V production work.

I have the exact same issue and have been in touch with another person who also sent Robert Wynn tapes and not able to recover them. I have no idea what this guy has to gain by not returning the tapes. I will back up any pursuit of criminal charges. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ROBERT WYNN
