Sushi Yama falls way below Mikimotos, Kenny's Pan Asian, Morimotos, even Hibachis. WAY BELOW! The prices are not reasonable for what you receive. The sushi served at Sushi Yama doesn't blow them away! It's not that good! It fails to impress. Go to Mikimotos. The sushi is delicious! ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! It is more expensive than Sushi Yama but not by a lot, and you get more, it tastes better, and you'll leave more than satisfied! Choosing Sushi Yama over any other sushi restaurant is a poor decision. Go to Kenny's, Mikimotos, Morimotos, or Hibachis PLEASE. You won't regret it (:

This is the best sushi I've had in Delaware. I've been to Mikimotos and Hibachi and this blows them both away.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsLove this place. Great sushi and sashimi...would eat there everyday if I could. Prices are reasonable and have a great selection. The place is always clean and the staff is always friendly.

I think Smile gave a wrong information of Sushi Yama, Middletown, Delaware. They have a great Chefs Kevin, Benjamin and Ken. They are friendly to customers and creative when sushi or meal is served. Waitresses are friendly, kind and helpful. Connie is my favorite server there. Come and try their food. You won't regret.
