User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI recently purchased a car from this dealer in May,2008 only to discover that I was not offer warranties that was important when purchasing a car. The dealer offered me paint protection ($500) but did not offer me something tha was more important (Tire & Wheel protection). Because it was not offered I recently August 2008 had to spend almost $200 for a brand new tire.
I recently sent them an e-mails related to the tire I had to purchase I did not get any response but when I was trying to purchase a car from them I received so may e-mails I found myself deleting numerous messages from them.
I now feel like this is the one of the biggest mistakes I have ever made in my life buying a car from them. Don't make the same mistake.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWorst experience of my life. Took a deposit on a car from my wife, never delivered the car and still will not return her deposit. Salesperson lied to us, Sales Manager threatened us. Terrible experience. Please do NOT lose your money here!
