User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsBeware, I purchased parts for my scooter at Fun On Wheels since I heard the service department sucked. Not only did they over charge me for the parts according to the Internet but charged douple taxes on my purchase. I'll never go back and I wouldn't recommend anyone else do business there.

BEWARE!!! This place is HORRIBLE for service repairs, so unless you can fix your own scooter, DON'T buy here!!! Horrible attitudes! Horrible service! "Blame the victim" mentality when THEY cannot fix the problem! Two months and $450 later I have a scooter that STILL won't run--and I was told to never bring my scooter back to them again! They are rude, unprofessional, and extremely unskilled! This is the WORST consumer experience I have EVER had in my 45 years of life!!! They were unable to repair simple problems, yet took my money, blamed me, and left me with a scooter that won't run. They lied about who the owner was so I wouldn't complain, forced me to leave with a scooter I knew was not repaired correctly, told me to fix it myself next time, and sent me on my way--minus my $450 of course. Horrible people! Horrible experience! There are a LOT of other scooter dealers--DON'T GO HERE!

Service is terrible. I agree with redman, they are nice at first but if you need service then the attitude changes drastically. My friend took her scooter there for service because it overheated and also needed a sparklug. Pretty minor stuff, but they had her scooter for 6 weeks. Two separate occasions she barely got five miles down the road and it broke down. They treated her like she did something wrong, especially the woman 'gail'. Terrible attitude. She told us to not bring it back if it broke down again. Incredible. Very rude. She even made the statement that they were doing her a favor by fixing it over and over again. What about fixing it right the first time. All it needed was the sparkplug tightened. Very bad experience. Unprofessional staff. Very unreasonable and kind of eerie experience. Beware!!!
