User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsDO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Very rude nasty people! Joe (the manager) was a jerk!!! As im talking to him he walks away from me than asks what i needed. Than when they couldnt fix the problem he tells the guy whos fixing my tire just to let me take my car and leave cause there was nothing they could do. Overall just RUDE RUDE RUDE!! No experience what so ever on how to talk to customers. DO NOT SHOP HERE unless you wanna deal with a bunch of rude jerks!!!
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsDon't bring your car here for service. They will act as if they are doing you some special service when in fact they are robbing you blind. They will fix something other than the problem, then when you come back they want to charge you more money to fix the original problem.

I live in keyport New Jersey,so what better place to shop,I always try to shop at local bussinses,last year I went to The Tire Depot I needed a repair on a tire.I was told I had to pay for the repair when I left the tire with them and they would call when the tire was ready,no problem right,well I never did get that call in fact I had to call them and they said to come get the tire it was ready,When I got there then rude counter person said "your tire is not ready and can not be fixed we will give you a temp. tire."I was told I could return the temp. tire for a full refund.At this point I was already getting prices for 4 new tires,and I asked them for a price,tire depot price was almost $500.00 more then over prices I had recived,I then returned to the tire depot after a few days and in fact did get 4 new tires for another dealer and this made the mgr.of tire depot very mad...I had my 19mo.old daughter with me as well as my father in law,and this guy went off,he would not refund my money and started yelling he would call the police if we did not leave....I have owned my own company for many years and never would treat anyone the this mgr.treated me and my family.i would tell anyone who would listen DO NOT USE TIRE DEPOT THEY ARE RUDE AND OVER PRICED,IN FACT THEY ARE DOWN RIGHT NASTY!!!!!!!!!!!!
