User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWhat horrible service....I ordered food...got the wrong thing...I called Kiko and explained my issue. She told me to come and exchange it. I drove the 10 min, when I got there she told me she had only charged for the steak and no the combo. She would just say "what do you want me to do" She just let me leave with the food I came in with. DON'T EAT THERE!! WAY TOO RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The food is really good, but the lady at the counter is so mean. She doesnt even smile at you. The only way I can put up with it is because the food is so good.

DONT EVER GO HERE.
The lady that was working the counter charged my card 113 dollars for a 13 $ meal printed out another receipt that showed a charge of 13 dollars. So I was ok with it and kept my cool. Now this morning I see that there is a hold charge for 113 Dollars, I suggest that if you like this place you go there before 5 tonight because when I show back up with my lawyer Kiko Japan express will be closed!

When a machine runs your card, it shows up as a hold charge. This hold charge may remain on your account for a couple days EVEN IF the charge was voided, but the card will never actually be charged. Ignorance is no excuse for a bitter, rude, and useless review.
