    I have tried three other vets in Greenwood, and this is the only place that tries to make my pets feel comfortable and loved during their visits. I have had a lot of negative experiences at other vets around town including having a girl yell at my dog for barking after he had just woken up from surgery; dirty, smelly and unsanitary rooms; indifference to my animals, etc. Emerald City Animal Hospital is very clean, and again, they make a good effort to help my animals feel comfortable. Although this place isn't perfect, it is the best for my furry babies.

    I have had wonderful experiences here. Everyone is very helpful and they have taken care of my little maltese very well. I appreciate being called back by the vet personally because it put my mind at ease when I was so worried about my baby. Thank you so much Emerald City for always being there!

    Never again would I ever trust these people with one of my pets. Stay far far away!!

    I ve been to about every vet in Greenwood & surrounding counties. I can honestly say that I have found the most confidence in Emerald Vet. EVERYONE in the office treats my pets like family ..They get so much loving care & attention from everyone .. I have one dog that actually leads the way to her exam room. My pets are family & here they are treated as such & not just as an animal.. They are always accomodating to your schedules. No matter how busy they are , each patient is given such excellent care.. Dr. McNinch has the greatest personality & relationship with my dogs..These folks really care about the animal & the family... That is important to an animal lover......
