Had the same service as the person above.. My boyfriend and I went there one night and the people working were no where to be found at first. Then finally this girl takes our order and we go to the window. She seemed to be either frustrated with something or just flat out lazy and not wanting to work, she was rude. So after she gave us our order and closed the window, we checked our food and realized they had screwed up our order. My boyfriend and I sat there for a second to see if she'd return but she never did, so he blew the horn. We never got a response so we took down the customer concerns number posted on the drive thru window and called it from the house. Never even got a response back. This was the last time I've gone to this location and I don't plan on going back because all they have are these ghetto, rude, children working there that don't really want to work, why would I want them serving my food if they don't even care about customer service??? If I go there and get sick or find that there is something in my food, I'm going to flip out. I rather not even take my chances.

Rude, rude, rude employees!!! We just left from there, went throught he drive thru. The guy screwed up our order. When we got to the window to pay...the girl at the window decided to make a personal phone call on her cell phone while we waited. I don't think I have ever been through the drive thru window where they didn't screw up our order. The people there are either uneducated or they just flat out suck as employees.
