I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE TREATMENT MY DAUGHTER AND I GET WHEN WE COME IN, I DO HAVE TO SAY THAT THERE IS ONE RECEPTIONIST THAT GREETS US AS SOON AS WE WALK IN AND SHE IS VERY PERSONABLE HAS A SMILE ON HER FACE SHE IS AWESOME! IM NOT SURE IF HER NAME IS BRITTANY OR TIFFANY BUT SHE IS ALWAYS WILLING TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS I HAVE AND DOESN'T RUSH. I HAVE TALKED TO ANOTHER RECEPTIONIST THERE AND IT WASN'T THE SAME. THE NURSES THERE ARE GOOD AND THE DOCTORS DO SEEM LIKE THEY RUSH A LITTLE WHICH I DON'T AGREE WITH BUT WHAT MAKES IT WORTH IT IS KNOWING THAT YOU ARE GOING TO GO TO A DOCTORS OFFICE WHRE ATLEAST SOME ONE KNOWS YOUR NAME AND YOUR CHILDS NAME.

This practice is amazing at caring for my children. The front desk are so nice and friendly, they greet us before we can even get all the way in the door and they even know all of us by first name! My work schedule is so hectic, but they can always find an appointment time that works best for me and my husband. The doctor's really care about their patients and can answer any questions I might have. Yeah, sometimes there might be a little wait to see them but some kids are more sick than others and at least they provide quality health care. I would recommend this office to anyone who has children and want an honest, compationate and knowledgable pediatrician.

my children have been coming to this office for 2 plus years. we have had nothing but wonderful experiences. the physican even called us at home to check on my daughter when she was sick. when we walk into the office the staff know us by our first names. I feel very comfortable bringing my children to them for their care. I trust their knowledge and expertise that they bring forth. Many of my friends have also switched offices and feel the same way. if anyone has had a bad experice, i'm surprised. I feel like my family's health is number one from start to finish. thank you piedmont pediatrics.
