In Oct. 2008, I contacted Caproni's last minute to cater a get together for after a wake following my father-in-law's death. Peter and his wife were wonderful!! The food was fantastic with rave reviews from all!! They were more then accommodating to our needs, delivered the food, set everything up and gave me a call the next day to make sure everything was to our satisfaction! I can't thank them enough for their professionalism, timliness and GREAT FOOD!! Thank you
