User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsVery pleased with Dr. Colletto. He is the first Dr. that both me and my husband both said we lliked and were happy with the professional and friendly care we received from him. He was very knowledgable and was up to date on medical care and equipment. Some of his billing staff however, were rude and not customer friendly at all. She was misleading and incorrect in her charges and does not communicate very well which left us frustrated and upset over her condescending behaviour. Other than that, we would consider returning in the future.

I left this office worse off than when i entered it. The "Dr." did not listen to what i needed and gave me the wrong type of lense; i needed to see up close, but he gave me a lense to see far away. They replaced the lense with the same exact prescription that i already had; and this was after paying $150. I told them i was unsatisfied and wanted some kind of refund, they responded by blaming my vision insurance company for not covering enough, and then mumbling about this charge and that. They have not even attempted to look into giving me any kind of refund. So i'm out $150 and i still have my problem, which i will now take to another qualified eye Doctor. I do not trust this "Dr." with my money, much less my eyes.
