User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsI took a dog under 10lbs there. Both times it was there for OVER 5 HOURS (all their signs say it should take them 2-3 hrs). The last I called numerous times to see if she was done and I finally got fed up after waiting 5 1/2 hrs on my small dog and went to get her. I said I needed her NOW and they brought her out wet with no trim/blow dry... just nails cut and bath. Pitiful. These poor animals sit alone, cry and freeze waiting to be trimmed. Not recommended to anyone who cares about their pet!!!!!
