User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsEverything about Rick's work was beautiful. He remodeled my kitchen and bathroom, added recessed lighting throughout my house. He had the most up to date ideas which was so helpful to me and just knew what would look perfect. He completed the work as scheduled, at the agreed contract price, left everything spotless, he was always on time and he was very professional and polite.
I took several bids on this job and his price was very competitive. Most of the other contractors spent no more than 10 minutes going over the various projects. Rick took more than an hour going over every item in detail and he gave me options which I was not aware of.
I left my house key with him and had absolutely no problems and I would recommend him highly to anyone and I will call upon his services in the future.-

Richard recently completed a family room remodel that included a complete remodel of a fireplace, installing a flat screen TV bracket with custom built in speakers, and painting. His work was very meticulous, on budget, and cleaned up very well at the end of each day. He was also very accommodating to late minute tweaks to the plan. I will call Richard again for future remodel projects.

Richard (Bay Area Repairs) has worked for us several times over the years. Bathroom remodel, tile floors, building a laundry room (actually an addition) skylights, electrical etc. He is on time, works neatly and always does an excellent job. We will continue to use his services because we always have the perfect end result
