I've given this place 2 chances to make a sub like they did over 1 year ago. Both times I was sorely dissapointed. When I was a regular there the meat was worth the $10 I spent on a foot long. Now, when you go there to get a sub the meat is just barly enough to cover the bun.

The last time I was there I complained to the night manager, and he didn't care that his new employee did'nt make the sub right. He said we could turn around and come up there and get another one and I could call the owner in the morning. Then he decided to get stupid with me on the phone and tried to turn things around saying "Mam are you calling to complain about too much meat?" of course this pulled my string as you can imagine, then he said "well if you raise your voice to me I won't replace your sub. Call the manager. I don't have to take this. "

This place is a rip off. If you want your moneys worth don't go there and don't expect good customer service. This is a mom and pop joint with one owner, and he is trying to short customers every way he can to make profits he does not deserve.

When we tried to return the 2 subs we paid over $20 for that had very little meat on them the stupid manager gets the owner on the phone and we painstakingly got a refund for one nearly meatless sub. Better to get a refund, than to get ripped off. Take my word for it this place has no service and bad food. Go to SUBWAY, SKIP THE JERKS AND SKIP GETTING RIPPED OFF!

He got stupid with me on the phone and tried to turn things around saying "I was calling to complain about too much meat" of course this make me mad then he said well if you raise your voice to me I won't replace your sub. Call the manager. I don't have to take this. This place is a rip off. If you want your moneys worth don't go there and don't expect good customer service. This is a mom and pop place with one owner who I guess is shorting customers to increase his profits.
