me and my son picked out several photos of how we wanted our hair cut. Our hairdresser cut our hair way too short leaving no length around the neck area after explaining that we both wanted the length left around our necks and after showing several photo's she still cut it off. I can deal with it because it will grow back but after paying $55.00 each you would think she would know how to cut it like the photos and to leave the length as instructed but what could I do? she cut it off so fast that their was nothing I could do except write this review and warn others.
They're just too expensive... 75.00 and up for 60 min massage is 15.00 more than most places will charge. And depending on the tip you leave the masseuse, you're out almost 100.00. Oh, and I'd pay attention to the time too, your one hour is more like 50 mins of actual massage.
This is a great salon. All the employees are amazing! Owners are strange but worth going there for the services. See them.

I am so sorry that this is how your hair turned out. Please contact me (Chris) at the salon and I will gladly refund your money. We also need to talk about which stylist did your work so that we can make sure this doesn't happen again. We try to call 3 days after your service to check on you. If you did not receive a call, I need to know that as well. We don't want to be known as a salon that doesn't listen to you. Thank you for taking the time to pass this information along. Take care.
I talked to the Manager tonight and he was very nice and concerned about our experience there. He is giving me a full refund and will make sure this never happens again. Wabi Sabi is a really a nice place with a nice atmosphere and surroundings. The Spa is very nice and the manager is very nice and I am not going to hold this against them. I'm changing my rating of this place because it's no fault of the business as a whole because they offer other services there too.
