I dont care about the food this has to do with the bar. It needs to be shut down. They serve minnors alchohol. Peter the man in charge of the bar was feeding drinks to two girls who were only 18 and 19. Excuse me but i know the laws and you have to be 21 to drink. Yes the girls drank the drinks but thats because they were offerd to them by the manager of the bar. If that never happened then they wouldnt have drank. This Disgusts me and i think they need to be shut down for good.

Just had two meals at this incredible diner. A BEST BUY. Great food, excellent service, large portions. It's just a bit down the road from ACE hardware (a tiny bit out of the way, but worth it). Everyone in our party of six had nothing but good to say about the meals. It's kid friendly, pretty attractive, and patient with those of us who need time to choose our meal. Plenty of room so we didn't feel cramped. When they say home cooking, they really mean it! I am looking forward to visiting down South very soon and to making this my local "hang-out" Best wishes to the owners of this establishment.

Immense portions, reasonable prices, excellent service. Parking is never a problem.

If you have kids, this is the place to go eat in Bartow. They have no problem with the kids running around in the banquet room on a Saturday morning, having fun and staying out of the way. They have abundant movie posters, new and historic in this room. This is where the band plays (I am told).

Practically everything is homemade including the biscuits; the turkey is cooked there, the coffee's good, the omelets must have about 4+ eggs in them, the hollandaise sauce is the best I've ever had. They show up at 3AM to start cooking. You could not find a harder working restaurant in town. They have a 2-page breakfast menu. I believe breakfast is served until 2PM every day as well.

IT'S CLEAN.

The new owners are doing their best to surpass the reputation of the previous owners and seem to be succeeding very well.

The seats are spacious, the restaurant is newly remodeled, we hear they have live music on Saturday night from 6:30 to 8:30. Karaoke is from 9PM-on some nights but we have yet to go in the evening.

Very nice salad bar, included with many lunch dishes for quite a reasonable price.

My wife says she does not think of this as a diner, she thinks it is much more elegant than a "diner".

If anything I could change, it would be the necessity to ask for butter instead of margarine. Margarine is illegal now in NYC and I think we should follow suit here as well. Real butter is available in abundance upon request.

Absolutely the best dining experience in Bartow thus far.
