There is a manager at this bank named Carlos that is the rudest, unprofessional person I have ever met. My wife went into labor and we didn't get a chance to deposit money into an account on a Monday. By Thursday morning I was in the branch to explain why I had over 10 overdraft charges for $34 dollars each. One for using my card for .50cents at a parking meter. CARLOS couldn't care less and told me "Well we are CHASE now and CHASE doesn't refund any fees. It's your fault so just deal with it" CARLOS the GM at the bank is having a big ego trip over there so be careful. THANKS for your compassion CHASE & CARLOS..
