User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThis is the best Pharmacy in Orange County! Mark, Dale and the entire staff there are very knowledgable and very helpful. I highly recommend Washingtonville Pharmacy for all your pharmacy needs. They are like the "old style" pharmacy and even deliver!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsMy husband and I have had the good fortune of going to Washingtonville Pharmacy since they opened. Luckily, I noticed an announcement of their upcoming opening oneday, while at the plaza. The Pharmacist is extremely knowledgeable, respectful, and caring. Many times I have taken his suggestions back to one of the many doctors I see! I am chronically ill, a 'professional patient' at this point and I just can't say enough positive things about this pharmacy, the Pharmacist, lead Pharm. Tech., and all the staff. They have an emergency phone number you can call, they deliver medications free, the Pharmacist even helped me with my dog, when she was sick on a weekend...and he genuinely cared! I would and do recommend this pharmacy to everyone. The entire staff always greet you with kindness, and genuine concern. The lead technician is also extremely knowledgeable, is always willing to listen, and is more than happy to personally bring your medications to your house. They realize 'life happens' and they truly do all they can to make your life a little or, in my case a lot easier. We need more businesses in Washingtonville like this one. There is no comparison to the other leading pharmacy available to us. I even wrote 'that' pharmacy's company regarding the head pharmacist's attitude and disrespectful treatment, which was so uncalled for. I was a 'good' customer, spending thousands of dollars there on medications alone. Regardless, I did not deserve the treatment I received...on more than one occasion. There is now one really nice pharmacist there and the majority of staff were usually nice, but there is just no comparison to Washingtonville Pharmacy. The continuity of care is always above average. Try going once and you will really see why this Pharmacy is getting such great reviews.
