User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsAlso known as DogCrateDepot, I bought a very nice crate at a terrific price through them. I compared prices on a certain one I liked (Pet Gear's "The Other Door") and this was the best deal including shipping. I got nice confirmation emails and UPS tracking info from them and the item shipped quickly and without a problem.
I also ordered an extra bed/pad for the crate but that was shipped separately (I think everything is drop shipped from the manufacturer or a big distributor). The original UPS tracking number I got from DogCrateDepot was wrong, but their customer service folks responded very quickly to my email and in the end everything was just fine.
Oh, and they take PayPal, which I like as I don't have to distribute my CC number all ovver the universe.
