Aacal High School

i went to this school and i graduated may of 2007. i was in the nursing program in this school and it was great. I got to learn alot of great things and the teachers are amazing. I had the time of my life. I realize that this school has helped me even after graduation. I graduated from high school as an CNA (Certified Nurse Assistant) and an EMT(Emergency Medical Tech) and really made me realize that i wanted to truelly be a nurse. I did clinicals in all 3 of amarillo's hospitals plus a nursing home and a clinic. I got alot of hands on experience and really got my name out there thanks to this school. I would tell every parent in amarillo that has a child that is interested in the medical field, in animals, engineering, computers and cars to encourage their kid to go to AACAL becuase it is truelly a great school and is so different from regular high school.
