I have been completely satisfied with the computer services Stephanie has provided to me. Stephanie solved my computer problems, installed appropriate virus protection and went out of her way to help me purchase a new printer. Stephanie is also excellent at explaining everything she does with "non-tech" illustrations.

I have nothing to hide and just want to say that the service you provided was excellent, fast and, last but not least: a true deal. I am an old school artist who wasn't raised with computers and if it wasn't for online gaming I will still be using Photoshop 5 and Windows 98. I got my first computer in 2005 and before that, was sporadically using my wife's '97 Dell unit. I came to you with a very specific problem (who's heard of a RAID array in Personal Computers?) and you solved it, saving all my data, allowing me to use my actual unit for many more years to come by setting up the CPU the way I wanted it. What's more? Personal follow-up through emails to make sure everything's ok, just in case. Honesty and knowledge combined with a smile on top make the true professional: that's you. Thank You.

Both my husband and I have worked with Steph and she has been great. She is full of knowledge but she imparts it in a very user friendly manner! We would recommend her to anyone and feel her prices are very fair as well!
