    Horrible! What a rip off! Don't waste your money. The hand cleaning of my leather furniture consisted of using a carpet cleaning machine and paper towels (which they borrowed from me because they ran out). There was so much dirt left, I called them back and they proceeded to use a harsh chemical and a tire scrub brush and wanted another $200+. Whatever you do stay away from these guys. Bad business and bad attitude. Don't make the same mistake I did.

    I just move in to a house, had terrible odor. Had my carpet cleaned. They were very professional, excellent customer service. WONDERFUL JOB!!!!
