Before we never heard about diamond Thai cuisine, we read the reviews all of them positive and no complaints. I needed to try this restaurant since its Thai cuisine . NO REGRETS absolutely delicious. I drove at least 1 hour and 30 min with my love one just eat at this restaurant and the service is great always with a smile and very welcoming just as what the other reviews said. I do recommend this restaurant. My best friends are Laotian and Thai this food very AUTHENTIC.
P.S. Try the BBQ DUCK and the egg clustered with coconut for dessert. it is Aroi mak mak!
My husband and I have traveled (and eaten) extensively in Thailand, and enjoy going out for Thai food in our hometown of Seattle. After receiving a recommendation from a nearby SE Asian grocery store, we gave Diamond Thai Cuisine a try for lunch - it was the best Thai food we've eaten here in the states! Every dish we ordered was authentic, delicious, and inexpensive. The owner, Peter, was absolutely charming. If I lived nearby, I would eat here all the time; I'll certainly go out of my way to eat here again, and can't wait to eventually try everything on the menu.
So far, I've tried (and heartily recommend): Shrimp in the Blanket, Thai Beef Jerky, Larb (w/ chicken), Pumpkin Curry, Pad Prig Khing (w/ pork), Thai sticky rice (perfectly done!), Coconut Sweet Rice with Egg Custard, and Pumpkin Custard.
Aroi mak mak! (Thai for "very, very delicious").
If you want really fantastic Thai food, you have to eat here. This is an amazing restaurant with top-notch cuisine. If you want fancy atmosphere and high prices, go somewhere else. This is food to remember for a long time.
