South County Tile, Grout & Carpet Cleaning

I thought I was going to have to get new carpet. I saw Pacific Carpet cleanings truck on the road this morning and called the number. Mary answered the phone immediately, was polite, and scheduled the appt for tonight. I was so happy that he was able to come to my house right away since I am having a pampered chef party this weekend and was worried I would have to wait. I could not believe what a great job he did! My carpet looks brand new. Now I do not even have to get new carpet. I just cannot believe it! I wish I could upload pictures. His price was about half of what the company i called yesterday quoted me and they said they would not be able to get certain stains out. The other company also told me I would have to wait two weeks for the next appt.. Mary got out three gum peices off the floor that have been there for a year and you cannot even tell they were ever there. They were literally black before he got there. He also got a big plant stain off the floor which I thought would never come out since I have put all types of stuff on it and nothing has worked. It is vanished. He was also nice enough to help me move some of the furniture out of the room since my son was at work. He was professional, courteous and on time. In fact he waited for me to get home since I was running late and still had a smile when I showed up late. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I am so pleased that I do not have to spend $1000s on new carpet. I am shocked and VERY happy.

I just had my carpet cleaned today and am so impressed with them. My experience started out great with friendly customer service over the phone with Joe Dan. I called on Wednesday and he got me set up for cleaning on Thursday! Domingo and his assistant (I cannot remember his name) were BOTH great! They were very friendly and got right to work. They had no problems moving the furniture and were very careful in the process. I am so pleased with the service I received from this company and will definitely be a repeat customer.

I had PCC out to clean my microfiber couch that was in terrible condition and Adrian was the perfect man for the job!! There was no waiting around all day because he was EARLY (what a concept) and finished in a timely manner. He explained everything to me as he was cleaning and the finished product is better than I could have ever expected!! Please don't hesitate to use PCC the next time you are in need of Upholstery cleaning, you will not be dissappointed!!!!
