We just resently purchased a three year old home and were hoping to just clean the carpets instead of replacing them. Our agent Dan Brooks with Caldwell-Banker in Battle Ground recommended Renew Carpet Cleaning. The pervious owners had two dogs and several family members living within the home. Brain told us they'd need to do a pre-clean and then a final clean for best results. After the pre-clean dried I couldn't believe I was in the same house and after the final clean I actually accused they of replacing the carpets with new ones. My wife and I highly recommend Renew Carpet Cleaning and will use them again.

We have been using Renew for the last 8 years. We first had our carpets cleaned by Brian before our son was born and the carpet in the house was 13 years old and looked it. When Brian was finished we couldn't believe how nice it looked, it was like having new carpet again. After our son was born with Down Syndrome it has been a real challenge keeping him from getting food and any number of gross things off the carpets. My wife does a good job cleaning the messes but at least once or twice a year something happens that requires Brian's expertise. Now 8 years later and two separate occasions of our son breaking 18 eggs on the carpet in the living room we again had Brian out again and amazingly the now 20 year old carpet looks great again. Thanks Brian for all your hard work.

I called ChemDry to come out and clean our carpet on 7/31 and when they left the carpet looked great and then later in the afternoon old stains started showing up. When I had ChemDry come out and look what happened they said they could reclean them but could not guarantee the stains would go away so I passed on the offer. On 8/10 I called Brian from Renew Carpet Cleaning to come out because of these rave reviews in Yahoo and he said he could clean my carpets and the stains would stay gone. He was correct! My carpets look like new and here it is seven days later and they still look new and those old stains are gone forever. Renew is also much cheaper than ChemDry.
