Want a great Burrito or Soft Taco?: If you have you been looking for really good Mexican Food (not New Mexican... just MEXICAN!) or a great Burrito or soft Taco and haven't really found what you are looking for in Abq or New Mexico, then you have to try Federico's.
If you are from California or Arizona are were used to almost every other corner having a taco stand that offered fat burritos and tacos (Soft and crunchy style) and a taco condiment bar - this is what you have been missing! In San Diego there were a ton of all the different "***Toes" spin-off Taco stands and Federico's is a similar model.
We're talking Carne Asada, Pollo Asado, taquitos (aka rolled tacos) etc...and Carne Asada Fries! We have yet to find a comparable breakfast burrito. Every other place in Rio Rancho offers a Breakfast burrito that is half the size and skimpy on the breakfast meat. Federico is not messing around here - These are STUFFED full of your choice of Potato, Ham, Steak, etc - the best value for your money (not to mention taste for your tummy ;o) )

Best Mexican food in Rio Rancho: For that matter, the ONLY real Mexican food in Rio Rancho. Federico's is what I consider "Rio Ranchos Finest". No sopapillas, green, or red sauce. We are talking real Mexican here! Super nice people, reasonable prices. Check it out once and you'll go back again and again!
