I would recommend this service to anyone who was in my situation.

It took awhile for the insurance company to finally give in, but thats expected. Insurance companies are not going to just hand over money without a fight. The staff was super friendly and helpful with any questions I had. The fee was a small investment to the amount i got back from the insurance company.
