About:	Mel's Bar and Grill is the creation of Mel and Janie Master who owned the highly acclaimed Mel's of Cherry Creek for many years and also owned Jams of New York in the 1980's. Now owned and operated by Executive Chef Chad Clevenger, the restaurant focuses on contemporary American cuisine with an emphasis on freshness, seasonality of produce and originality. One of the great things about Mel's is that you can enjoy a simple meal accompanied by a great, local craft beer or enjoy a fabulous five course meal paired with superb wines. Mel's has received national acclaim from top food magazines over the years and was voted Best American Restaurant in Denver in 2007.
