    I went to Killebrew and spoke with a salesman giving him all of my information but haven't heard a word from him. I called back hours later and left him a message to call me and no return phone call. The next day I called and was sent to the salesman's voicemail, no return call. Then when I called back and asked for the sales manager I was told he was in a meeting. Apparently Killebrew is way too busy to seel me a truck. Although when I was in the showrom they were everywhere. Sad customer service!

    Mr. Ortiz is an outstanding sales person, who takes the time to answer all your questions and ensures you are 100% satisfied with the deal. Mr. Ortiz will have my buisness and will also have my familys buisness and will send any of my friends who are in the market for a vehicle. Mr. Ortiz is not only a sales person but also becomes your friend. He will call just to see how things are going. How many sales people do you know that do that?

    Just bought our second vehicle from salesman Zac Zambrano, which is our fourth vehicle to purchase from Killebrew. We won't do business anywhere else. They are all business and don't play the games. The service department is also excellent. While our paperwork was being processed we were invited to share the barbecue lunch which had been provided for the employees. They treat you like family at Killebrew. Best customer service in the area!
