    This is one of the best Doctors around. I had a bad ear infection and was referred to him by my PCP. My ear infection could not be cleared by antibiotics and by the time I got to him I had bell's palsy and a significant amount of hearing loss. After an MRI was ordered by another doctor and was diagnosed with chronic sinusitis(wrong diagnosis). I was in the hospital having a tube placed in my ear the day after I saw Dr. Kortbus, the day he saw me and examined the ear he called me that night to see if I was ok and then again the next morning to check again...a few days after the procedure his office called to check in on me. He was great with my husband who was with me during the procedure. I highly recommend this practice, it is a welcoming change to see doctors that truly care.
