Amazing! I have only been doing the boot camps for a month but have seen so much progress. You will definately feel sore the first week but the results are worth it. I signed up for boot camp so like most women I could great for my wedding. I could not be happier with this boot camp. Scott really knows how to make you work harder for what you want. Working out at the gym by myself would only get me so far but with Scott pushing you to do more really does make a difference. I stated out with 2 classes a week but now I'm attending at least 4 classes a week. It's addicting!
I have been wanting to do a boot camp for about 3 years. My husband told me that I would never do it, and now we are both going as much as we can every week and even signed up for three more months after our first month. I haven't seen the weight loss yet but I am definitely toning up and feel better! Everyone tells me give it a couple months I didn't get out of shape overnight!!! We are older than most of the group but we are able to hang with them all. Highly recommend this!!
I am very in shape, but bored with the same work outs all the time so I enjoy bootcamps. I was very sore the first work-out (which I expected). I do not feel it is safe for the general public though. We did many exercises that form was never discussed, demonstrated or evaluated. Instead, the instructor was busy texting instead of watching the clients. Being a trained athlete, I feel this could be very dangerous for some who are not stellar in their form. Also, doing over a 100 lounges and squats over stresses the knees, etc. I do not feel it is a safe boot camp unless one knows exactly the correct form with all exercises.
