So when my husband needed new glasses & wanted to use his current frames, another optical store would not consider using his old frames because they needed some repair, they wanted to sell him new frames that he did not like. I called Harbor Optical and was told to come in and see if they could fit the lenses into one of their frames. I zipped on over, and within 10 minutes, my son had a new pair of frames (fit with his old lenses) all adjusted, cleaned, and ready to pop on! It was such a pleasure to receive such quick and professional service from a local and conveniently located business right here in Winthrop Harbor. Terrific frame and sunglasses selection--along with professional and friendly service. I highly recommend Harbor Optical, and I'm fussy!
