Fast-Teks on Site Computer Service

What can I say about Fast-teks other than you guys are the best!!! and I am very lucky that I have you as my IT department. I run a small business that is out of business if my computers are not functioning properly. The Fast-teks staff is always there to back me up when I need it; quickly; efficiently; and successfully. When I have had hardware issues, Fast-teks has come out and fixed my computers on site. If Fast-teks couldn't repair the issue on site, they have taken my machines to the shop, repaired them, and returned them quickly. Fast-teks has always gone the extra mile to do the job in the most cost-effective manner. They have given me advice and choices about my best and most cost-saving options throughout any needed repair processes.

Fast-teks are small businessmen too and they understand the need to give the customer the best value for their hard earned dollar. When I had a need for a custom machine for my business, Fast-teks built it for me. When I've had software issues, they have logged in from offsite and fixed them. What more could a customer want?

Oh, and did I mention that Fast-teks still helps me with issues, even though I now live 3,000 miles away from their office? I can't say enough about how much I appreciate their excellent service. I highly, highly recommend Fast-teks to any small business owners who need a cost effective, responsive, knowledgable and efficient IT department, but do not have the resources to have full time staff members devoted to this function. Thanks again Kevin, Melvin and Joe, my Fast -tek gurus and IT department. You make my computing life stressless!
