CeCe's is a ripe off. Maria the owner has her family and friends posting all these great reviews about the salon on here. Think about it about 8 user reviews and only one bad one and everybody jumps on the bad review. Also, Maria got a few of her staff cutters from a long time Salon called Margarita's Beauty Salon in West L.A. to work for her.

this was my first time getting layers and highl-lights. they did such a great job i love it. im so coming back here and the prices were really good and affordable.

I've been a CeCe's Hair Salon customer ince they opened and let me tell you JOSE, they do a great job and their prices are very competitive. You must have wanted a FREE HAIR CUT. They charge $12.00 to $15.00 dollars for hair cuts....how's the a ripe off? And by the way, I met the owner Maria and she nothing but professional and very sweet. Maybe you should go elsewhere...no room for hatters. Peace
to Jenny, you must be a friend of their or family to say such nice things about them, uh. And NO I DO NOT want a FREE HAIR CUT ! So stop kissing up to Maria. FYI.. I will never go back there again.
