Spectrum power and electric came out, inspected and prepared my heating system for my home in advance
for the cold season. They've done electrical work in my home before, earlier this year they installed some nice ceiling lights in my living room and kitchen. 2 years ago I waited too long into October to call a heating and air conditioning company to get my heating furnace ready but their appointments were full for several weeks. This week I called spectrum and they got it lit up, cleaned, filter checked, gas line checked, exhaust, ready to go and its not even freezing weather yet. Thanks a million

This company literally saved my life, its a long story. Anyways they came out at the last minute and repaired my non working air conditioner, I was given their number by someone who had used them for an electrical repair done at their house, and were impressed with their service, this is the kind of company I like to deal with!

I manage an apartment complex, and I know quite a lot about electrical work, but the owners of the property require that a licensed electrical company come in and make any repairs or alterations, I called Spectrum they came out to fix a short that resulted in being on the second floor of the complex ,a properly functioning kitchen light fixture had caught on fire internally affecting all other circuits except for the kitchen. It took alot longer than we thought to have the problem found and fixed but the charge didn’t change from what they had quoted. Like I told the technician , if I need to, ill be cheap about roofing, plumbing etc. but I learned, never electrical, lives depend on it. The reason Spectrum was here today was because of the cheap and shady work of another contractor. I’ve had 4 other electrical contractors here in last few years, cheap prices, cheap work ,no warranty ,they’ve had to come back and repair their mistakes costing a lot more money than it would have cost to go with a reputable contractor and just pay once. I liked the work spectrum did and how they handled the paperwork, I had them do work at my own house a couple blocks away.
