Terrible place; terrible people. Believe the last reviewer. I wish someone had warned me before I dealt with these folks. They seemed nice and the price was right until they cut the hole for my sink in the wrong place, jerked me around for months, obviously couldn't fix the problem, and didn't do anything to compensate for their error. All while their insane representative (same person as mentioned in the other review), had ballistic screaming fits at me! ("Why are you doing this to me," she'd exclaim when I asked her for the compensation she had promised.). They also didn't measure precisely, so the countertop required too much caulk and the final paint job, therefore, looks messy. Just say no.
Anna at granite experts is by far the worst person to deal with at Granite Experts. I came in with my kids last fall and she was the rudest person I have ever met. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
Horrible, horrible company to work with. Installers came out, drilled the granite in our master bedroom leaving dust everywhere... even in our bed! Decking of the tub was installed with a large gap in it, cut incorrectly. When we called the owner, Nadia, to ask them to fix the problem... she got insanely livid and began cursing and screaming despite our successful efforts to remain calm and explain the problem. Only bright spot was the crew that was finally sent out to fix the problem. They acknowledged that the first crew did a horrible job and were very apologetic. They did a good job of fixing it at least, but not worth the headache at all. An owner that yells at their customers... that's a fast way to kill your business, especially in this economy. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!

This is is an awful review and full of mis-representations. You are right about the fact that we had issue with the correct cutting of your tub peace, but what you fail to say is we came right away to fix it. You did not mention that we met your rush order with no delay. You are saying i was livid and screming and that is a huge misrepresentation. You not only insulted our installers when you called, but was not able to explain at all what is the problem you are calling about. You kept on insulting and venting over and over. I asked you to have someone that can explain call us, so we can fix what it is that is wrong. My guess is that you expected me to take the insults and say you are right becasue you are a customer. And I look at it this way, we manufacture, mistakes happen, mistakes can happen in any company, no need for instults. Just explain the problem & we will find the best possible solution. Lastly, I am not the owner,I schedule & manage the office. Thank you.
