    Papa John's sucks. They offend Cleveland with their Lebron jersey, then offer a 23 cent pizza promotion, but don't deliver. It appears their phone is off the hook and their online ordering has been disabled, so no one has been able to get the 23 cent pizza. I heard that local franchises are not even opening up today, because they don't want to take the losses on the 23 cent pizza.
