BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!! All sales are final when buying stuff on sale. That includes exchanges for a larger size or smaller on the EXACT same item. It doesn't matter if you made an honest mistake. I didn't know this and had never heard of it before. I've been involved in sales and I have never seen a store not exchange something for a different size even if the sales are final. I've always understood that term to mean that no money will change hands or you can not come back for store credit and get a different item because you've changed your mind. So, BEWARE of the SALE ITEMS. The customer service leaves a lot to be desired but maybe they were having an off day or something. I am not going to say much about that. Just make sure that you know what you are getting yourself into!
