Amazing service, friendly people, knowledgable, and most importantly, honest. They called from time to time to let me know how far along they were so we could gauge our time and daily errands to the completion of their work. Needless to say, everything worked out perfectly.
Folks, especially young military folks new to the local area, I wouldn't recommend taking your vehicle to the dealership unless you REALLY REALLY have to. They know you're getting paid by Uncle Sam and they aren't ashamed to jack up the price for you, even on Memorial day.

-Dealership price quote for repair of my car (labor only) = $725

-Import Auto price quote for repair of my car (labor only) = $240

That right there is about as cut and dry as it comes.

Great service. My check engine soon light came on and I was a little skeptical about taking my car to the dealership (BMW) because the prices are unrealistic just for a diagnostic test ($105) plus labor. I called around and found this place. The person who assisted me was very helpful. He fixed all the issues at a reasonable price and was also quick. He called me several times to give me updates on my vehicle and also had my car fixed by the time specified. If I ever have another problem, I am most definately going to see Import Auto's. The prices are very reasonable and the mechanic worked at a very fast pace. I was impressed.
