Several months back I had a concern with my twin boys speech. I noticed they were somewhat behind their peers. I decided to find a speech pathologist to ease my mind. When I called Bright Start , i instantly knew they were the right place to evaluate and eventually treat my kids. I have nothing but great things to say about the therapist and the staff. They are extemeley friendly and have helped my kids a great deal. I highly recommend this facility.
I took my son for an evaluation which I thought went very well. I scheduled with the therapist to be seen once a week at 6:30pm. Only the first week she wasn't available so I agreed to be seen once by a diff therapist at 6:00pm. After that everything was a mess. The first 6:30 appt. I was told my husband changed the appts to 6:00pm which wasn't true my husband was then told I changed the appts. another lie. When we both got on the phone to try to solve the issue we were told by the therapist that we were rude and she hung up on us. We went down to the clinic and the receptionst was incredible rude when I spoke to the office manager he said he didn't take sides and couldn't do anything. Oh and when I asked for a claim number to follow up on my insurance denial they said they never actually billed because they knew the insurance wouldn't pay. Needless to say I will not go back.
