I visited the Smile Implant Center of Newport Beach recently for a one year check-up on the upper implant bridge they did for me last year. Smile Implant Center is incredibly fair to their patients! In the year since I got my implants (WHICH I LOVE, BY THE WAY! They look great and feel like my own teeth but better!) In the past year there have been technical improvements in the way implant bridges are made and the Smile Implant Center re-made my bridge, spent a lot of time making sure everything was perfect and they did not charge me a cent ro upgrade me, not a penny! Right from the first time I visited SIC I knew they were great. They are in a beautiful, modern building overlooking the back Bay in Newport Beach. You'd think the way they look they would be expensive but comparing prices, they had the lowest price for implants anywhere. Then they have every kind of implant expert right there in there large offices, a whole floor of a large building. They have top implant surgeons who do implants exclusively, fitting experts,implant lab pros, etc. Everybody else just about, are dentists who do implants on the side. A big selling point for me was that SIC does your examinations, CT-Scans and X-Rays and even anesthesia for free. You get all that done and only then you decide if you want to go ahead with implants and their prices on the implants themselves are still lower than anyone else I could find and I checked a lot of places! My wife who goes to SIC and I have referred many friends who need implants and all of them have thanked us. Anyone who needs implants and hates the thought of dentures should go there ... Remember all the initial stuff is FREE!

I 'm really unhappy with the Smile Implant Center!!! It only took Smile Implant a couple of minutes to get my credit card number and charged me $2625 on October 21, 2011. However, when I requested for a refund because I got sick and not able to do the implant procedure, their financial representative told me I won’t get my refund until next year. The following quote is exactly what their financial representative said, “I am sorry that you are not feeling well and would like to cancel your treatment. In order to process your refund we need an actual letter with the reason of canceling and then I will process the refund request and send it to my refund department to process which could take up to next year to get done.” Again, their financial representative told me I won’t get my refund until next year! I didn’t get any service from Smile Implant and they want me to write them a letter to get my money back!! Even if I get my refund by January 1, 2012, that will be at least 80 days since Smile Implant charged me over $2600!!! I tried to call the Smile Implant refund department, but their operator told me I can’t talk to their refund department. The operator told me I can only to talk the financial representative. However, from the email I got from the financial representative, she said she has no control over what the refund department does. Can you believe that?!!! Be warned of the consequence of giving your hard earned money to Smile Implant Center!!!
