1st impressions mean a lot for a business - and the one I got from here was terrible.

I went in simply to enquire about registration, only to be dealt with by a very rude receptionist. The first thing she said was "You do realise you need to pay for all treatment here?" in the most condesending tone. When I told her I was aware of this and I was in employment, she spoke over me, and kept on stating the same thing again, and then asking what benifits I was on... and then pretty much asking me to confirm my employment status!

Their front of house is appalling - I certainly won't be registering there if that's the level of treatment you get from reception - goodness knows what the actual Dentists must be like.

Also, having MTV Base on your widescreen telly at a over-the-top volume is the last thing you want when you're waiting to be seen... it certainly doesn't make it "cool" either.

Visiting this dentistry was the worst advice I followed from a positive online review. The staff is very rude and unfriendly. The girls are very common and act like they are talking to a high school chum instead of a paying customer. You can cut the tension in that office with a knife. Sunny has no bedside manner either-he says very little and if you try and ask a question his answers are very short-he is very unapproachable. He has no communication skills with children and he just walks around like he hates his job and is punching a clock. If visiting Dentists make you a bit uneasy, you may not go again if this crew gets a hold of you. Do not take your children there: the environment is not family friendly at all. Even the music is loud RAP music and very obnoxious, not soothing at all.
