User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsSTILL FURIOUS!!!! I'M STILL TRYING TO RETRIEVE MY MONEY FROM THE OWNER. BEING BRUSHED OFF FOR THE LAST TIME, I DECIDED TO GO ONSITE TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER. THE NEW LOCATION IS TOO FAR!! WHEN I ARRIVED, HE SHOWED ME A LIST OF PEOPLE WHO RECEIVED THEIR REFUND FROM THE OWNER AFTER THE OTHER LOCATION ABRUBTLY SHUT DOWN. MY NAME WAS ON THE LIST, BUT I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE IT! THIS WAS DONE IT SEPTEMBER!!! INSTEAD OF CALLING THE OWNER RIGHT THEN AND THERE AND TAKING CARE OF THE MATTER, THE MANAGER GAVE ME THE OWNER'S NUMBER. I'VE CALLED A NUMBER OF TIMES ONLY TO KEEP RECEIVING A VOICE MAIL; OF COURSE!! IT'S NOW THE END OF DECEMBER. DO I REALLY NEED TO RETAIN A LAWYER FOR ONLY $78 DOLLARS!!! DON'T TRUST FITNESS USA!!

Unfortunately, you are experiencing frustration because of a previous owner! The new owners and management are very professional, and understanding. To their credit, they took over the gym and now have to deal with the "business practices" of the previous owner. They are doing a fine job of dealing with the issues from before. I enjoy belonging to this health club! Please don't blame the new folks for the "ills' of the last owner. This group of owners are actually caring and have their customers best interests at heart. It's not fair to say, "don't trust Fitness USA". They didn't create the problem! The previous owner did.
