   Installed tile other than that ordered, tile laid not level nor straight. Wall tiles wrong color and size. Did not keep appointments, schedule ignored.

   I cannot be happier with the job they did for me. I had stopped in after work one day because I was thinking of changing some things in my house and the salesman Rich was so nice and helpful and a lot of ideas for what to do with my house that I was very impressed. I picked out some laminate and tile and they came out a few days later when it was convenient for me and got everything done quickly and I didnt even have to move any of my furniture, they did it all. It has been a few months and everyone loves my new floors. I just want to say thanks to everyone there.
