I scheduled via email for me to go in for a massage, hydrotherapy, and a haircut. I told Sarah when I first emailed her that I would be happy to skip the hydro if time wouldn't allow for me to get a cut.
Apparently someone did a poor job of informing the staff of my treatment schedule because after my massage and hydrotherapy, my therapist (Heather, who was wonderful) informed me that I may not be able to have my hair done because she wasn't told that I was scheduled in the salon as well. My hair appointment was cancelled and my hair was oily, tangled and wet from the hydrotherapy (I didn't bother to bring a brush since I was SUPPOSED to get a haircut).
The girls at the desk were hardly apologetic. Every time they said "we're sorry" it never came across as genuine and they did very little to help my situation. Apparently, there was a bridal party coming in (that was more important than me) so there was no time open for my haircut because I was behind schedule so my only option was to come back later that day. I paid for the massage and hydro and left. I wrote them a complaint email and have yet to hear a response.
The massage was great and Heather was the only one who seemed truly sorry for my predicament. The other girls exhibited HORRIBLE customer service. My day of relaxation was ruined and I was VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I went here because of all the positive reviews about 1/2 a year ago, and have been going here ever since. The place is well designed and very stylish. The stylist know what they are doing and give wonderful advice. I went from long to short and haven't regretted it, which I feel has a lot to be said of Averil who cut my hair. This place is pricey, but worth it. Who wants to pay 12 dollars for a haircut that makes you want to cringe...? Only advice is to make sure to allot plenty of time for your first consultation.

I LOVE going to this salon. It is so upscale and posh but everyone there is so friendly and the prices are very reasonable. I have referred many friends and will continue to do so. What a great place! Oh and if you get waxing, ask for Lindy.
