sales help is wonderful inventory was emence but customer service regarding warrenty was horrible.
The mattress started sagging within two years and I ws told I had to wait upwards of a month to see if it would be replaced.
They should have replaced the mattress immediately and then fought with the manufaturer instead of inconvienceing me. Will not by there again.
Not only was the store beautiful, but there was absolutely no sales pressure..... I shopped around and Sleepworks was substantially less than the other big conglomerates. After buying my mattress they signed me up for their Furniture Direct Club, I furnished my entire home and saved over $16,000. GREAT PLACE TO SHOP. :)
