Wild Flouers Bakery & Cafe

Wild Flours opened around 2007 and since 2008 has had Janice from "You Take the Cake" in Northville as their cake maker. We loved Janice and her cakes and fluffy icing from the previous store so used them last year. This year, we were not as organized with getting things ready for my son's birthday. I walked in last minute to get a cake for my son's birthday today (yesterday evening went to a grocery store bakery and they said they needed 24 hours notice and their premade cakes were not good.). I was all set to buy a predecorated cake with pink flowers, when Janice said to wait. Within 5 minutes she brought out a prebaked blank round cake and decorated with balloons and present boxes perfect for a boy. We also placed an order for a cake for his birthday party which will be next week. Summary: Excellent cakes. Excellent service. Price is also competitive with the grocery store bakeries.
