My husband and I just purchased our first home and we were very lucky to have the BEST realtor.Krishna was there step by step from the very beginning.His experience and knowledge with different builders was very helpful.He stayed in contact with us through the entire process.Dealt with my emotional roller coaster with personal issues and dealing with the loan process.He is very personable. I would recommend him to anybody and everybody.Krishna proved to us that we were not alone..Thanks so much for everything...Avery,Sara,and Chad....

As a first time home buyer I was nervous about all that it entailed in finding the perfect home within my budget. I went through 2 other realtors because they weren't meeting my expectations about service and professionalism. Then I came across Krishna. Can't say enough good things about him. He asked questions about what the most important thing about a home would be and what would be comfortable financially. Within 2 days of talking and meeting him I found that dream home that has met all my needs and expectations. A beautiful, brand new home within my budget. The buying process was easy and effortless, uncomplicated and everyone from Krishna to my lender and builder answered all the questions I had. I am thankful to him for making this experience better than I had ever expected.

It was March of 2007, My beautiful wife (Joanna) and I were sick and tired of renting. Krishna was Highly recommended however we months away from the end of ou lease, but we still contacted him. We explained our situation and he was more than willing to work with us.
Before we knew it, we were two months away from the end of our lease and thanks to Krishna we began the buying process. He invited us to a first-time homebuyets seminar and provided us with a lot great information at the same time we were able to meet a lender, appraiser, and insurance agents and it madethe home buying easier.
We gave Krishna a list of what we wanted in our home. He should several homes that we wanted to see but we were not satisfied. He took us to a house that had just opened up in D.R. Horton community and we found our home. He worked with the sales rep to get us great deal, no money down, great incentives, and most important the payment that we wanted.
I dont know your situation, but I sure that Krishna would be able help. Krishna is our realtor and a family friend.
