Before time got away from me, I wanted to thank you for the cake that Meringue baked for Cooper's Eagle Court of Honor. I was a bit harried when I phoned you before the ceremony, and I was happy just to get the cake order behind me, but you went the extra distance to find an eagle medal on the internet and had it put on the cake - and it looked fantastic. As for the finished product, it was not only beautiful, but delicious as well. I had many positive comments and requests for your name, which I gladly gave out. (I only wish I had thought to take a few of your cards.) Both your professionalism and great talents as a baker were appreciated!

After reading the reviews online, I chose this bakery for a little girl's birthday cake. I met with the owner and ordered the cake after looking at photos, which were beautiful. A cake for a little girl was $350.00! CRAZY! But I ordered it anyway because I thought it would be absolutely beautiful based on the reviews & the photos I saw at the bakery. When I picked it up, I was SO disappointed. It didn't look like the photos at all. It was very plain and absolutely no one at the party was wowed by it in any way, and after I told them what it cost they were shocked. It tasted good, but left a very bitter taste after the whole experience.

The same exact thing happened to me. I bought a cake for my son's birthday party based on the beautiful cakes they had online but when it was picked I was FURIOUS! The cake looked cheap and unimaginative.. I emailed to let them know my concerns and someone emailed me back saying that it MY FAULT because I ordered a simple cake. It was ridiculous and I will not be buying from them again.

Amazing. My wedding cake was perfect. I am so glad I used Meringue Bakery. Not only did siv give me a better price than some of the other bakeries in town, but her cakes taste the best. Not too sweet, and very moist. My wedding cake tasted just like the one she gave me at the consultation. As far as the design, Siv made that part of the process easy. I came to the consultation with a few pictures of cakes I liked, and we created my own cake from that. I highly recommend this bakery, Siv is the best!
